3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information only in the following narrowly defined circumstances:

Team/organization features may display limited information (e.g., inviter name, subscription tier, join date) to other members of the same team. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Data Retention

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for the core functioning of the Service (authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing).
Optional analytics cookies may be used only with your explicit consent (where required). You can manage or disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, although doing so may impair certain functionality.
We do not participate in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising networks.
9. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including countries that may offer a lower level of data protection.
