Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using NoSINT (the "Service") in any manner, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not unconditionally accept every provision of these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service in any way.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Service. Your continued access or use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Subject to strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial, internal business evaluation purposes (where permitted).

This license does not include, and you are expressly prohibited from:

• reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service
• modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof
• framing or mirroring any content
• systematically retrieving or scraping data
• using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service, directly or indirectly, for any of the following activities (this list is non-exhaustive):

• Any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or invasive purpose
• Violation of any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right (including privacy, data protection, intellectual property, export control, or anti-money laundering laws)
• Collection, storage, processing, or disclosure of any personal data without explicit, legally valid consent from the data subject
• Transmission of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other malicious or destructive code
• Excessive automated querying, denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attempts, credential stuffing, or any form of abuse of rate limits or infrastructure
• Impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of affiliation
• Commercial exploitation, resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, or offering the Service (or results obtained therefrom) as part of any competing product or service
• Use in connection with high-risk activities including (without limitation) weapons development, critical infrastructure, surveillance without lawful basis, doxing, stalking, blackmail, or human trafficking
• Any activity that could reasonably damage, disable, overburden, impair, or interfere with the Service or our systems

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited conduct. Any detected violation will result in immediate and permanent termination of access.

We actively monitor usage patterns and retain sole and absolute discretion to investigate, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to the Service — with or without prior notice and without liability — for any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, violation of law, security risk, service degradation concern, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with any investigation we initiate. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease and you must destroy any cached or stored data obtained through the Service.

The Service aggregates and processes information that is publicly available on the open internet at the time of collection. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, legality, reliability, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for any purpose of any data, results, or output provided by the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that all information obtained via the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and that you use such information entirely at your own risk and sole responsibility. You are strictly prohibited from relying on Service output for any decision that may create legal, financial, safety, employment, or reputational consequences without independent verification from authoritative primary sources.

Access to the NoSINT API is available only to paid account holders and is governed by a separate API Agreement and rate-limit policy. API keys are personal, non-transferable, and must be kept strictly confidential.

Unauthorized sharing, selling, leasing, or public exposure of API credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke API access at any time, without notice, refund, or liability, including (but not limited to) cases of rate-limit violation, suspicious activity, prohibited use, or non-payment.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. We may modify pricing, introduce new fees, or change subscription terms upon thirty (30) days’ notice (via email or in-product notification).

You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges. Failure to pay any amount when due may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without further notice. We are not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts following suspension or termination for cause.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSINT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoSINT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (iv) any content or data you submit, transmit, or cause to be processed through the Service.

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, immediately suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal or regulatory requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.

Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by a recognized EU arbitration institution under its then-current rules. The arbitration shall take place in a major EU commercial center and shall be conducted in English.

YOU AND NOSINT EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. You agree that claims must be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You further agree that any claim must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the European Union. You waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with any separate API Agreement (if applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and NoSINT regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created as a result of these Terms. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.
